well last year was snail mail for the most part so we were the last class of the true mailbox stalkers. Others can chime in here but I remember a large wave of TWE's then a bit of waiting on the island.Most still waiting got the waitlist in the mail or got a later TWE. dont recall any more appointments after the waitlist went out but remember this forum is small, it only represents a small portion of applicants. Appointments still could have gone out.
