    Out of curiosity,

What happens if you received a 4 year Army ROTC scholarship to two schools and you get waitlisted at both or even rejected?

You can ask to transfer that scholarship to a school you did get accepted to. You'll need to accept one of the offers before you can ask to transfer it.
If you aren't accepted to the school you accept your offer to, and you don't request a transfer, your offer will be withdrawn if you don't show up for school in the fall.

    +1 Clarksonarmy.

Also you should contact the ROO of your first and swcond choice and notify them that you have been waitlisted. There is a remote chance that the cadre could have some influence over admissions.

Hopefully adnissions knows you are a scholarship winner as that represents full retail tuition for four years.
