Waiver Denial

Checked my status today and it said Waiver Denied: AROTC-CSP.I feel that there was a possibility that the waiver authority did not have a chance to review the new information before they made the waiver denial determination. Should I contact DoDMERB to ensure that the waiver authority did review the information? Would I be able to request that the waiver authority review my complete package again or appeal the determination?
I've already passed my APFT with flying colors and pre-signed my contract so I feel that I am physically fit and my disqualifications wouldn't be an issue.

Denied the waiver for AROTC scholarship.

Now what? Is that the end of the line or is there something else I can do?

Is there an appeal process?
 
This is what I'd like to know, too. I, too, received a Waiver Denied-AROTC-CSP message.
