Waiver Granted ~ Does this mean what I think it means?

and the answer to my original question is...YES, it means exactly what you thought!

BFE & TWE arrived yesterday. Hubs hid the BFE until all of us would be home at the same time.
I held the TWE up to the light and saw "...pleased to inform you..." so I knew that to be the official letter that his Med. Waiver had been granted. (I already had near-heart attack when his LOA arrived disguised as a TWE!)

Once DS arrived home, I was out...when I got home the BFE appeared!!!!

DISCLAIMER: although, I know that in general the granting of a Medical Waiver is not a direct indicator of appointment, I think the date and reason for DQ are the determining factors; in our case the waiver arriving in March for a DQ last October which our BGO told us was one of the most common to be waived combined to make me feel pretty confident.
