The way I read the question is if in the event the OP is DQ'd by DoDMERB will 2 separate waiver authorities be involved. While not crystal clear I think we can infer that is what the OP is asking....
Firecaptain, I'm not sure. My guess would be yes but don't know for sure. For AROTC and WP the waiver authorities are separate. I would assume the same to be true for AFA/AFROTC and NROTC and USNA
