I just scheduled my medical exam and I had a question...

I am currently a little over the weight restrictions to medically qualify for USMMA. I am working out and on a strict diet that has been working so far.
However, I fear that I will not make the requirement by the time of my physical. If this is the case, do they automatically DQ you? or do they give you a certian amount of time to meet the requirements?

Thanks

We have had the same concern and discussed it with Mr. Mullen. He identified how the DoDMERB interacts with the AROTC process for us. He should be able to do the same for you with the USMMA.

You'll find his contact info all over the DoDMERB forum.

Unless there's a clinical aspect to an applicant's weight (e.g. - morbid obesity), height and weight standards are handled by Admissions, not DoDMERB.:thumb:
