How closely do they look at the weight chart...My daughter thinks she's 5lbs over at 150 instead of 145? Do they weight you at inprocessing? Will they just give a special diet? I can't believe they may turn her away...she's as nervous as ever?
We were just going over everything in the folder....
Just 2 days to go ..before we fly out....can't believe it's almost here!

She will probably lose weight before the end of BCT anyway.
    It's not a big issue.

If she is an athlete and is heavy because of muscle mass, they go by BMI as well (my roommate was a power lifter so she well in this category). If not, then if she is still above the limit after basic (they weigh you every week) then she will be on the weight management program. They will not just turn her away and she will lose weight. I went in about in the middle of the accepted weight range for my height and dropped to the bottom by the end of basic, and I wasn't trying to lose any weight. Ps, I am also a girl.

She means % Body Fat. I believe it's 28% for females.
