To all appointees on the West Coast-
I received my "USNA Permit to Report - Update" email exactly 1 week ago. In it it said "You should be receiving your Permit to Report packet in the mail shortly, if you have not already." It's been a week, and I still have not received it. I live in New Mexico. How long did it take your PTR packets to arrive? Should I send an email?
