West Point Application

Hi everyone,

I just had a question regarding the actual application for West Point. I heard that the application is very similar to that of SLS in that there is a check list of extracurriculars. I have also heard that there is no room to elaborate on the extracurriculars. If this is the case, would anyone who applied be willing to supply me with the so called check list that the application displays? Thank you!

There are definitely places to elaborate on extracirculars on the application. You fill out a checklist and somewhere else on the application you provide details on the things you checked off.

For example, my only sport was one year of JV wrestling. But I was able to include the three third place finishes I got, my overall record, and associated academic achievement awards I received for maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout the season.
