West Point Visit ???

I have an overnight visit scheduled at West Point this coming Tuesday. I received instructions stating to bring running and workout clothing. For anyone who has already had an overnight visit or knows more specifically how they work, will I be participating in Physical Training with the cadet that I shadow? Or will I be just watching?

I am just kind of curious on what to expect out of this visit and what I'll be doing in more detail. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
 
on my visit, my cadet gave me a tour of Arvin and we worked out for a little while in the weightroom. Depending on what your cadet does, you might get a chance to participate with him or her. For example, my cadet was on the marathon team and asked if I wanted to run with them in their afternoon practice. I'm a football player and not a marathon runner, so he took me to the Football Stadium and let me walk through the Hall of Fame and meet with the coaches while he went to practice. Your cadet my do the same depending on his sport and what you want to do. There is no obligation to do any PT
 
I went on my overnight in the fall and actually participated in plebe boxing. It all depends on your escort.
