what clothes to bring

Looking for xmas presents and wondering what type of civilian clothes to cadets bring wear in the dorms? do they need warm slipper/shoes Loungers to lounge in or are they in uniform until lights out. I realize they get team warmups and stuff for athletics but what stuff do they need extra?

...none if they're freshmen. They have to be in uniform in the dorms until after Recognition.

Upperclassmen: pretty much anything. Robes, hoodies, and comfy slippers/shoes are pretty popular.

A space heater! Ours requested one as their dorm is freezing according to him! As a freshman, until recognition, they can only have their own tennis shoes after basic. The AFA issues robes, slippers, windsuits, sweatshirt hoodie, and all their shoes, socks, t-shirts, and uniforms. And oh - after basic they will want their own underwear. They can also have ski clothes.

As far as non-clothing items, a 24" HD computer monitor. Our cadet loves his - he splits the screen and has 3 screens going counting the laptop screen. And a printer - just a compact basic 3 in 1 printer, copier, scanner.
