Hi guys! I need to know if I still have a chance of getting accepted into USNA!
I graduated from high school with a 3.0 in an alright high school meaning not very competitive. I ranked 109/428. Got 430's on each section of the SAT and an overall 18 on the ACT. I went off to college this is my third year and am doing very poorly...can I redeem myself? According to USNA I have an impressive application but not good enough. They say to stay in college and get better scores, also in the SAT and ACT. What do I do now?

I'd work on getting better grades and graduating from your civilian college. Sounds as though you are not too far from completing your degree. Other than that you can focus on the following advice: "They say to stay in college and get better scores, also in the SAT and ACT". Until you hit the age limit you can continue to re-apply.

Good Luck!

I am not sure who at the Academy would tell you that you have an impressive application because a quick google search would reveal to you that your stats are far below what it takes to be competitive at USNA (just being honest). You are also struggling at the end of your 3rd year in college. Just really focus your senior year and get your degree. You can then go OCS or enlist. One way or another they will get you on a boat if you want it bad enough.
