If your DS went to NASS, is there some type of report done on DS and does the admission board have it and consider it?

Is there a typical time frame from when your DS's admission packet is fully received to when the board looks at it? I am aware that the numbers grow the longer you wait. According to the system, they received my DS's BGO interview on 9/9.

I saw on someone's previous post that the Admission's Board began meeting early September and that meetings would continue every Thursday. Not sure if they use a first in first out process for review OR if they wait until all aspects of the application are in. In our case, DS had everything in except medical and nomination as of 9/3.

Not sure if the there is a "NASS" report but apparently something from NASS is shared with the Board. The Dean wrote a note on my son's LOA saying "Nice Job at Summer Seminar"

Thanks. My guess is they do go on FIFO, but only for those whose files are complete. I wonder how often DS/DD's get a call from the Dean? A very nice touch. Congrats again.
