Scholastically qualified - excellent grades, transcripts, class rank, SAT/ACT scores. extra-curricular activities, sports, leadership, etc Physically qualified - passing the Candidate Fitness Assessment (CFA) or Physical Fitness Exam (PFE) Medically qualified - meeting the standards of the DODMERB medical examination.
