What does this medical status mean?

I submitted my remedials a little while ago, and my status finally changed on dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil

UPDATE:
It changed again, I think I understand what this means.
Current Medical Status: Pending Waiver Submission/Review
R250.00 - Pending waiver review by USMA

The dodmerb site says USMA candidates are automatically considered for a waiver if they are competitive... So I just have to wait and see?

Also, I'm pretty sure I can rebut this DQ: D111.10 - History of atopic dermatitis/eczema. I think misunderstood the question. I have had a small amount of acne in the past years, but never a skin disease or anything treated medically! Is it enough to send a letter from a doctor saying I have perfectly healthy skin?

Harrison,

The disqualification for eczema/atopic dermatitis is any history of it (meaning any mention in your medical records) after the age of 8. If you can prove that it wasn't eczema or atopic dermatitis, DoDMERB will remove the disqualification. You may not have an issue with it now, in which case a letter from your physician will help the waiver authorities, but trying to get enough information to rebut it, if its in your medical records may be difficult, but don't let that stop you from trying.

For the waiver, if/when the admissions office decides that you are a competitive candidate your name will be passed to the wavier authorities. The wavier authorities for all service academies and ROTC programs have access to all the information you have submitted to DoDMERB.
