What happens to your DoDMERB After it Expires?

I am in ROTC right now but i am currently enlisted also. I am trying to contract with ROTC but i ran into a problem with my medical records. When i was a kid my mother thought i had asthma so the dr basically said ok and threw an inhaler at me.

so long story short i do not have asthma however they still need all my records but it is taking me a long time to get them. My DoDMERB expires soon and would i have to go through this all again or could/would my old DoDMERB be accessed for that information or any information?

DoDMERB exams are valid for 2 years from the date of the exam. Any applications after that requires a new DoDMERB exam. That said, with records on file, we utilize those records. We would request any records since the receipt of the old records..."if" a specific case requires it.
