What is time frame for accepting Appointment?

I know things have changed this year with the entire admissions process. In past years, appointees had until May to send in their acceptance. Can someone please share the instructions with this year's Appointment BFE?? Is there a specific date that acceptance has to be returned or a length of time?

Our FFR told us candidates would be given 45 days.
 
Up to 45 days; then offers after March 15 will have until 1 May (national decision day) and then anything later than 1 May will have a specific suspense. Close to R-Day, its 24 hours.
