What med records does DODMERB require for Class I flight physical?

AFROTC cadet here. Was wondering what med records DODMERB wants you to bring down to Wright Pat when you go for your flight physical. Does DODMERB want your University medical record? Also do they look through your medical insurance history and request records based on that? Any input would be appreciated.

DS was sent to WPAFB, his det told him what he had to take with him, and honestly it was everything since birth.

This is a very long physical, including EKGs/EEGs, dental, eyes, ears, etc.

Take everything with you, DS was an AFROTC dependent, Dad is now a retiree, we had his records scanned and put on a CD-ROM

He busted the EKG, along with 25% of cadets, they just did an EEG.

He passed it! His final was with a flight surgeon along with every cadet.
