While I live in New Hampshire, I attend school in another state (Mass.). Do I apply for a nomination from a MOC from NH, or from MA. If I do apply for a nomination from NH, will going to school in a different state "hurt" my chances for gaining a nomination. (I did work for the MOC's campaign, though.)
Thanks for your help.

The determination "should" be very simple: where you reside is your "home of record" and that is where you would seek your nomination.

Now...attending a school outside your home...while I can probably come up with some "strange and different" scenario that might, theoretically, entitle you to seek nomination there, I really (in short order) can't think of any way. I am "assuming" that you're claimed on your parents taxes as a "dependent."

I think you are a NH resident and will apply from there.
