If you are talking about the "Permit to Report" and all of the R-day information, all of that comes in mid-late May.

Your appointment package (which you will have before then) should have most of the forms you need to send before that (immunization, fingerprints, etc), as well as the deadline for the remainder of your $3k deposit.

You will also get a parking pass for the Sunday Open House (Chase Hall tour) and dinner in the wardroom, which gives you a chance to meet the other people in your company or athletic team before the next morning.

You will be assigned to a specific company (Alfa - Hotel) and that will determine your report time: 0700 for A/B/C, 0740 for D/E/F, and 0820 for G/H.

But I would start looking into hotel reservations now. Hotels in New London fill up very quickly for R-day and the days immediately before/after.

    just a suggestion..........

If at all possible, try to attend the planned activities and dinner the night before R-Day. It was great to see all the excitement and, I thought, beneficial for the Swabs to meet their company-mates and connect while still somewhat relaxed.

yeah man, I didn't go to the "official" r-day stuff but I think in retrospect it would have made the first bit of swab summer a teeny tiny bit better. the people you have to struggle alongside and work with from R-day will become all you have, and meeting them a little earlier can only do you a favor.

What about the packages that tell you about the other things you need to do for R-Day; such as imunizations, a background check, etc.. I think I remember someone somewhere saying that they would be coming out sometime in March. I was wondering if they were in the mail yet? I don't claim to be anywhere near as anxious as people waiting to hear from CGA under regular admission, but i have started semi-stalking the mailbox.

    Thanks
