When/How does USMA qualify your application?

I was just wondering how does WP qualify your profile and when do they do it? I'm getting anxious knowing appointments have been sent out! Also, my candidate kit is 100% complete along with two nominations.

My DS just got his 3Q letter on 2/6. Everything had been green in his profile since mid-January (Everything but 7th semester transcript had been in since December). He has been sitting on two NOMs (Congressional and Senatorial) since mid-December. His number are strong (top profile type). Be patience, there is a long way to go. Will likely see a lot of activity over next two weeks now that all NOMS are in. Likely to see appointments flowing out with a steady pace in around two weeks as indicated in many 3Q letters.

I got a 3Q letter back in December, before my nom came in. Nom came in the next day, but still waiting for BFE!
