I didn't hear until late May/June last year via TWE about my QNS. (My RC said I was very close to being offered) I applied again this year and heard in January about my acceptance. The portal doesn't change at all unless accepted, in fact, my FFR had to talk to admissions in August on why my portal hadn't been changed from c/o 18 to c/0 19. A year of college was the best thing that ever happened to me, and the cadets I talked to at my overnight visit who were priors or reapplicants told me a little life experience goes miles at WP. So don't despair. It will all work out in the end.
