When is the "deadline"?

So I received a LOA in early February.
A week later, I got back my results from the DoDMERB and since then I have been finding and sending in paperwork to the DoDMERB for two different remedials, one of which they have deemed me DQ (although I have no symptoms and have not had any for two years, so I should be able to receive a waiver once it goes to the USNA).

I just sent in the last bit of paperwork two weeks ago and I should be hearing the complete DoDMERB result/ruling next week (it will be a DQ, but, once again, I am pretty sure I will be able to receive a waiver).

My question is, how long do I have until the timer runs out? Is there a deadline for when the USNA stops giving out appointments, and in my case a waiver and then an appointment? Is there enough time for the USNA to evaluate and consider me for a waiver?

Thanks for any help.

Appointments have been given out up to I-Day.
On a side note, I think you worry way too much. Seriously. You have ABSOLUTELY NO control over the situation right now -- there is no point in worrying about something you have no control over. Enjoy your senior year and find something to distract you.
