DS has completed all parts of his application, except for the candidate statements. He has been complete except for two SOE's and his candidate statements for a few weeks. Today all of his SOE's are now "green" and he only lacks his statements.
So will that be enough of the application completed to start the ball rolling with DODMERB? He is away at his last boy scout summer camp this week, but has promised to finish his statements next week, so he should be fully complete very soon. But this has gotten me thinking about how much is considered to be sufficient material to start the process. Any thoughts?
