When will dodmerb contact me?

Hello, I've finished my entire application for usna and was wondering when dodmerb will contact me. Also, should I wait to make an account until they contact me or make my account now on the dodmerb website? Thanks.
 
Congrats on finishing! No clue when they will contact but happy dance for you on completing the task. :) Enjoy the weekend!
 
Typically DoDMerb starts the process when Approximatly 50% of a SA application is complete. Give it a while before you contact the SA. You have lots of time to get it completed.
 
Also, I was reading all the info they provide in anticipation of my DS process, and you won't have any account to open until they set you up and let you know.
My DS as well has completed over 50% so we are also waiting for that contact.
 
DS also got notified via email today. I assume USNA initiated the request for medical exam.
 
Mine too! He completed his questions last night and called this morning for his appts. They were able to get him in next week. Have to take two trips back to back but definitely worth it.
All I can say is thank God for Facebook! We knew he broke his thumb in elementary and wrist in middle and knew which doctors treated, but couldn't remember dates.
Wouldn't you know it, had posts about both in my history.
 
My DS is just about complete with his application with the exception of DoMERB and his BGO interview.
He set up a login and password for DoMERB but has not received any notification from them directly. His status says...Oct. 4th Applicant entered into
system and Oct. 5th Date to Contractor.
Can someone explain the process at this point? He has not received anything in the mail or an email. He needs to wait to be contacted by
them, correct? From what I have read he will receive a packet with medical providers. I greatly appreciate any guidance!

Actually he received an email saying that he would be receiving an email from Concorde in 2-3 days. He has not received that. I'll have him call them directly.
 
He can log on to the system.
If for some reason he can't then he is not in the system.
 
Daughter dinished application early October but hadn't heard anything from DodMERB/ Concorde so contacted CGA today. They said it would show up soon- got an email tonight telling us that we had revived the "packet" email over a month ago. Couldn't find it anywhere in email (checked junk/spam/deleted-nothing!) so called and got login info from Concorde. Question we asked was: the email said we had 10 days til deadline- is that to complete the exams or just schedule? With Thanksgiving next week I doubt we will get her in and completed in 10 days. Got an "it'll be ok" from the nice lady at Concorde but not feeling that was definitive!

Try calling to schedule appointments tomorrow. Perhaps you can get an appointment and scheduled both for Monday or Tuesday. My DS had to miss a day of school but we got it done and it was easy to schedule. The website shows that both dr.s submitted everything the following day. It still has not shown up on his USNA portal yet.

Unlikely to get it done next week- daughter is away on retreat Mon/ Tues. then Thanksgiving then the weekend. So frustrating- we have been waiting (and asking about) for the info all of this time! We will find a way!
