Where to send candidate updates?

So my DS got elected Senior Class President yesterday. We probably need to send that in right? Where should he send it? He sent a question to his admissions officer listed on his portal a couple of weeks ago and got no reply. I know how busy those folks must be but just wanted to send this info to the right place. What kind of updates are appropriate?
 
Also need the same info for USAFA. Seems like the different academies have many different procedures.
 
You might try your BGO as well for how to update USNA. I believe USAFA ignores everything that happens during senior year (Pima will correct me if I'm wrong - perhaps that's just AFROTC).
 
The best way is to have a school official sign a letter stating the additional activity/accomplishment and then scan/email the letter to the Admissions Counselor.
USNA, normally, will not allow direct input from the candidate, as this information needs to be vetted.
