Who gets invitations to candidate visitation weekends?

I KNOW INVITATIONS ARE VERY SELECTIVE, PERHAPS MORE THAN SUMMER SEMINAR.....ARE INVITATIONS EXTENDED TO:

* ALL LOA'S?
* ALL 3Qed?
* AN APPLICANT WHICH EXCEED A TRESHOLD OF A "WHOLE CANDIDATE" SCORE?
OTHERS?

I believe the language I have seen is that CVW,s are offered to "highly qualified candidates." You can request one through your BGO or regional director.......

Some things, actually many things, about USNA admissions are a mystery and it is meant to be that way.
