Interesting commentary by a knowledgable source and not without relevance to much of what some allege is related bellyaching by we USMMA Alumni about the ever spinning revolving door of leadership at our Alma Mater. This though is related to our "higher headquaters" and the overall leadership of the Agency that is to be the proponent of our industry. I can only hope this is the start of a wider push for a tide change which returns some balance and focus to how our industry is thought of and "cared for" by the current administration.

I'm 99% sure that Paul “Chip” Jaenichen will move from acting Maritime Administrator to Maritime Administrator. At least that's the discussion going on through the halls of congress.
