Our DS has received his appointment and nomination. He had his wisdom teeth removed on January 17th and has fully recovered. Does he need to update DODMERB about this event?
Hello-I called DODMERB and they said this does not need to be reported.In the appointment packet I suggest you inform USNA about the surgery.Send form from the surgeon to medical officer.Congratulations!
DS had wisdom teeth surgery 12/23/13-received his appointment early January. Oral surgeon told us we should report it. Surgeon mailed a letter, and DS noted it in his appointment packet.
