I've noticed in videos, during matriculation and everything that you are kind of thrown into a whole heap of working out and stressful activities on your body. It seems like they don't slowly move you into a workout regiment and looks like you're automatically supposed to do 100 pushups, 75 sit-ups and run 2 miles in 2 min.....no matter if you're healthy or NOT healthy. lol

With that being said, I haven't been on a good workout regiment for about 2 years, taking a break from that and now that I am going to be attending The Citadel...what should I do for the next 65 days to prepare me for my 'knob' year at The Citadel & Army ROTC and all of the activities that include physical body work?

Running and strength training wouldn't be bad ideas. BTW, the word is regimen, not regiment.

no matter what you will get more fit your knob year. situps, running, pushups... and you should be more prepared... Good luck knob!
