I am currently a freshman in high school, and am interested in applying once I can. I'm a bit worried because I decided to take a class in the Project Lead The Way program, and received a C in the first semester. I took the class because I was originally told it was an AP course, before finding out it wasn't. All other grades were A's except for B in geometry, which will be an A this semester. Will this kill my chances of being selected?

lol, calm down, you're only a freshman, you haven't even STARTED yet (figuratively and literally).

I've got into some of the most respectable private schools in the country, with 2 Cs (IB though).

Colleges look at you as a person, not just one thing. So calm yo self down. ;)

p.s. you still got 3 more years of high school. Make every one of those years count. Go out there, do things, become things, and "sell" yourself to USNA when you start applying. But remember to enjoy your life while you still can.
