I see no mention of a nomination. Without that, you aren't on the NWL. Also, you mention WA state, which has a pretty good field force that should be able to tell you your chances and/or what you need to do to improve. If you aren't hearing from them on a regular basis, well, that's an indicator.

What do you mean by if I'm not hearing from field force officers on a regular basic that that is an indicator? Are you saying that successful applicants, who are appointed, receive many correspondence while the unsuccessful ones are left in the dust?

I think that all depends on who your FFR is. Mine was not helpful at all and has not contacted me in over 3 months at this point, but I received an appointment.

That is not an indicator for all areas.
