Cultural Understanding and Language Proficiency.

If you can't find it in the acronym list Google is always worth a try.

Default Dont know the acronym ROO.

I checked the acronym list and it was no where to be found. Please enlighten me. I believe Recruit Orientation Officer possibly? Does each school or battalion have one?

So when you hear that there was a SNAFU when MIDN 4/C Gish and MIDN 4/C Door both forgot to clean their room and it was found to be FUBAR during random room inspection, that the inspecting upperclassmen had left the room TU and AFU, and that Door and Gish were about to get BOHICA'd, and that the entire mess had them scrawling IHTFP all overr their letters home, you'll understand WTF is being said.

BTW, unless they've changed things, the Zero Deck is not the basement. It is the first floor. The basement doesn't have a number.

I lived on 4-0 during Plebe Year. Thank God I didn't have to chop up to 1-4 (although I did live up there the rest of my three years).
Whoa, those words. I am so going to be out of my element at West Point. I hadn't even heard the ones that some people consider normal language until I was 8. I didn't here these until I was way into middle school. #homeschooledpastor'sdaughter who hasn't gone to much stuff that isn't christian.

Thanks though. I guess I need to know these, even if I would NEVER use them.
