JROTC Related Nominations

I am a member of an Army JROTC Honor Unit with Distinction and am trying to apply for a nomination though this category to the Air Force Academy, West Point, and the Naval Academy, but I don't know where to begin. Are there any specific forms or letters that I need to send?

West Point is simple, download the form from the link below. Not sure about the rules for other academies.

Some JROTC PMSs have misunderstanding that nomination equals appointment. JROTC nomination means you can compete against other JROTC/ROTC candidates to West Point
