What season is fieldball played at the academy, and how often do underclassmen make the teams?

Fieldball is played in the spring.

In the majority of companies, trying out for intramural fieldball is an arduous process, involving walking (or chopping) down the hall to the PMO's door/board and signing up for it.

And signing up is only half the battle. The other half is managing to go the whole season without breaking yourself.

Fieldball is only played at two locations...US Naval Academy and Rahway State Prison. In 17 years at the USNAFD I hauled more brokendown chassis to 6th wing medical than any other sporting event at the USNA. Enjoy!
