Parking at Stadium for 2/C

How does the parking work for 2/C? Does it cost? When do they have to move their cars for games?

I looked into this last year, so the information may be dated. At that time, I recall that the parking was run by a contractor and there was a monthly charge. Also, my recollection is that cars had to be removed the night before football games. There was also an option to pay for monthly parking at a lot behind the Lowes hotel, which I believe is on West Street. I can't remember how I got the info - maybe Google it?
