Thanks for the clarification Bruno. 1 year into it and I still don't have a lot of it down. And totally agree. He hardly mentioned the confinement..I think he really only lost one day of real freedom..his only day being Sunday when he marched a few PT's.. The design seems to be to take them beyond their ability, test them in many areas ..(like paying attention to details), which leads to failure and hopefully growth and change. DS took the whole thing in stride.. It truly is part of life there.

Yes, BRUNO - he saves us well intended ones often! I will always remain grateful for his wisdom and willingness to give us the inside scoop - left me feeling like I understood better! New Market is a magic moment, one of so many the cadets will have - but these first ones are so important - it marks their achievements and like the velveteen rabbit, their becoming REAL! larrys mom
