To Mes Ami's in Canada- Happy Canada Day. In honor of the occasion: dusting off a classic commercial from Molson:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXtVrDPhHBg Last summer I was in Quebec as the "Van Doo's" (Royal 22d Régiment) came home from Afghanistan. Watching the Guard mount in the Citadel is a pretty impressive event- capped by the parading of the Regimental Goat (and a great Regimental Crest!) Salutes to our friends and allies to the North on July 1st : the 145 celebration of Canada Day

If you remember SCTV these were some of the best. Bob and Doug McKenzie. I always liked the Canadian Roulette video with the shaken beer can in the six pack but they had a lot better ones than this. Ah the Great White North. Land of great hockey and great friendly people (and great beer). I have always loved visiting but can't stand gravy on fries. Old Quebec is a great area. The Citadel is an awesome place looking over the Plains of Abraham and the river. Both commanding officers (Wolfe & Montcalm) were dead within twenty four hours of the major engagement.
