I assume that you are male, and in that case, everything looks good except the pull-ups. Shoot for at least 10-12.

neugs - go buy one of those pull up bars that hang in a doorway, hang it in the door to your room, and practice practice practice practice! Do pull ups every time you go through the door. That's what my son (a current plebe) did, and it helped a lot. Good luck!

Yes, get the pull-up bar, and follow the twentypullups.com training program. It helped me get to the 18 pull-up max.

Along with pull ups just keep working on general fitness, just get yourself a routine that you like (doesn’t need to be killer) so you can improve your pull ups along with overall fitness.
