Default Is it a waiting game?

After careful consideration and interviews with Georgetown, Cornell, Brown and others, I have decided that I want to attend West Point. I am very committed to gaining acceptance. I have received two nominations and a letter stating I am triple qualified. Unfortunately, I have not yet received an offer of admission... When can I expect to be accepted/denied? My nominations came from a Congressman and a Senator and I was told that candidates with non-presidential nominations are accepted later. Is this true and to what extent? I have read a lot of contradicting statements on the timing of acceptances so complete honesty in the level of one's background knowledge would be appreciated.
