why suddenly is everyone so silent here? Come on...nobody gonna say boo about Wallischeck being frogmarched out of Wiley Hall? I believe that is one of the most positive acts that can have taken place at this very pivotal moment and gives me a sudden sense that Col. Helis might actually be a touchstone for a new future the USMMA!

Well C.Captain- perhaps you are confused about this forum as opposed to the one that you regularly go out of your way to unhinge. This forum is to provide assistance and information to students interested in applying to the various Service Academies to include KP. It is not primarily a forum for debating how or why the Academies are being run.

Thanks however, for providing the opportunity to point out the difference between this and g.forum and to remind newer members of the forum the purposes and guidelines for posting here. If you have any constructive and factual input on how potential Cadets can improve their chances of a nomination and appointment to USMMA though- it would certainly be welcome. As a moderator though, I don't believe that Internal personnel moves at USMMA fall into that category.

And no one has ever posted on the Superintendent, Academic Dean, Commandant, Professors or any other faculty? No one has ever discussed who should be in or out?

As I recall, there most certainly HAVE been long threads regarding some of the internal actions at KP on this forum. From the Cookie Cafe to Admrial Greene. . . .

Yes - they all have been there and all of them at some point eventually got shut down. The purpose of this forum is to provide factual and experiential information to prospective Cadets interested in learning about opportunities and requirements for nomination and appointment to the service Academies- not philosophical debates over roles and missions or internal personnel management issues in MARAD or the services etc. If you want to discuss those things- then post in either the Off-Topic or Academy News forums below- do not hijack this forum.

Has Captain Wallischeck, USMS been removed or otherwise resigned/left his post as Chief of Staff at USMMA and if so what has been said/released on the change?
