On-Line Application

I'm hoping someone can help me! I started the on-line application for the Merchant Marines. There seems to be a glitch with the height field. Has anyone else had this problem?

Example: I type in 5'9 and it says I need a number greater than 0 or less than 11.

It's most likely looking for your height in inches. 5'9" = 69

While it may be a matter of semantics, one does not apply to the Merchant Marines. One can be a Merchant Mariner or sail in the Merchant Marine or, upon graduation from KP, be an officer in the Merchant Marine. No person, however is a Merchant Marine.
