Just when I thought 19 hrs was bad, 24 hrs? What is that a 2 day+ drive each way?
Sorry, but I have to ask...with the cost of gas today, why the decision to drive @ 5 days and not put them on a plane? I understand clothing, linens, etc, but still wouldn't it have been cheaper to store them at a storage unit near the college over the summer, or ship their things?
Maybe I got it wrong, and DD has a car of their own they are taking back so you are not driving with them.
