USCGA Cadet Dining Services

Yep, just ask the exchange students from the other academies. They all say the food at the CG Academy is so much better than what they get at their academy. It's one of the things they say they will miss when they leave to go back to their "home" academy.

It's not bad food. :thumb:

If weight gain is any indicator, food is really good, as my son is up a few (10 ) lbs this year. He does miss "seeing" his food, but hopefully that will be remedied soon.

Mine loved the food...always many choices(as you can see by the menus). Best college food around.:shake:

and there's always PB&J and the ice cream machine (think that is what our cadet lived off of during her 4 years) :shake: If all else fails, there's Dry Dock for dinner.

My Cadet spent the night at Annapolis a few weeks ago--he said the food was horrible, close to not even being edible. He commented how much he appreciates the CGA food now!

Yep, probably the reason that peanut allergies do not get waived at USCGA - big jar of peanut butter and a loaf of bread on every table in the wardroom.

I'd pass on Dry Dock for dinner, but they make an awesome bacon/egg/cheese english muffin sandwich for breakfast!
