Cvw- what to bring

Hi Being Patient (I like your name! :smile:) There are several good threads about what to bring for CVW already - just look back through the posts or do a search. Have fun!

When son went end of February, he took a sleeping bag/pillow, $50.00(went to mid store and bought a t-shirt) khaki's/button down shirt,2 polo shirts, sweat pants, hoodie...running shoes...etc...and COOKIES for his Plebe sponsor and roomate(s). (Which they loved!!) Had a GREAT time, really loved the academic scene there. Remember, your sponsor is filling out a eval of you, so keep that in mind ---- have a great time!!
 
When I went in February I took cookies at the suggestion of this site and my mids enjoyed them as well, though they did have the PRT on Saturday and I tempted them a little! As stated look over the other threads on this subject and definitly bring a sleeping bag, you will be sleeping on a cot. I only brought sheets and had to borrow a blanket from the plebe I was staying with. Have fun and keep an open mind while there!

You R welcome!! Hope she has a great time!! What a great oppourtunity to see the campus/yard first hand...check out the engineering building..it'll knock your socks off!! LOL!!
