So I just got the TWE in the mail a while ago. I was really disappointed and I was wondering does that mean there is no more hope for me for even NAPS as well? Like if one was to no longer want their appointment for NAPS will that leave a possible opportunity for me? If not I guess I will just try again next year. Thank you for the answers but I really wanted this and I hope there might be a small chance.

Very sorry to hear your disappointing news, Minichan. If I were you, I'd call my BGO to see if you can learn anything about why you didn't get the envelope you'd hoped to receive. Listen to the answers, even if it's painful. At the same time, be sure s/he knows you'd welcome NAPS.

I hope you have a Plan B. Follow it, and apply again. Legend has it that USNA loves the repeat applicants. And know if that works, you'll be part of a healthy 30%+ of the class that isn't coming directly out of h.s.

Good luck.

I know the Falcon Foundation gives out scholarships after candidates have received rejection letters. The Navy Foundation might do the same.

Can someone please give me contact info for Navy Foundation? Thank you. I am hoping that they will offer me an opportunity. I will never give up on this dream

^^^^
Foundation and NAPS are not programs that you can directly apply to. They are an alternate route to USNA that is decided by the Admission's board.
If you are inspired to apply for next year's class I would get things done as early as possible; word to us is that next year is forecast to be as, if not more, competitive than this year.
PS: As a BGO we have no idea why you were turned down. For the first time in 15 years not one of my candidates was selected for an appointment. Shocking.
