So, I opened my file at USMA sometime last month. At that time I only had my PSAT scores, which i submitted. However, I recently got my March SAT scores back. The scores that I got for the March SAT were satisfactory and "worthy to send" but I'm going to retake the SAT later nevertheless. Do I ask admissions to update my candidate profile or send the score via Collegeboard or...?

Send via collegeboard. They will change scores as you send future test results, as long as you score higher. For example, if you score lower in one section, they will not change it to the lower score. And if you score higher in another section, they will change it to the higher score.

Thanks beat navy. Oh and one more question. Would it be too late to retake the SAT's in October of my senior year? Would I have already applied/ sent in my scores for a Congressional Nomination and USMA appointment by then?

No, October is not too late to update your application. Keep taking it as much as possible. :thumb:

As for your MOC, it depends on his/her personal deadline for submitting all the information.

Sending them via college board now would be a waste of money. When you sign up to take the test it gives you 4 free score reports and they send that test and all previous ones taken in the report. So it's kind of a waste of money to send the March scores and pay for them if you're going to retake them and send those scores to west point.
