I'm in the process of applying for a nomination and i was wondering, for the vp and presidential nomination do you do an interview?

I didn't qualify for the pres nomination, but I know for the VP there is definitely no interview. You simply send the application in and the Academy essentially uses this nomination to give to 5 deserving candidates that somehow didn't recieve a nomination elsewhere. I am also almost positive there is no interview for the pres nom either since anybody in the entire country who meets the qualifications can apply for it.

The presidential nom is awarded based upon very strict qualifying criteria, is fully competitive and does not require an interview. Thus, the question is whether your meet the qualifying criteria.

No interview for either VP or Pres. Also, some MOCs don't do interviews -- it's solely up to them.
