I am currently filling out my paperwork for CGA scholars program, and on some of the papers for basic security clearance (I think that's what it is) it says 'you should wait until you complete eQIP to turn in your paperwork, so you have it to refer to' or something on those lines. What is the eQIP stuff? I plan on photocopying my information and just sending in everything I have right now, and using the photocopies to complete whatever information I need to complete. Is this the best course of action? Thanks!

You should have instructions on how to log on to eQIP and complete the security questionnaire online.

You will be emailed instructions about the eQIP sometime soon. If memory serves me, I received the email around this time last year. The eQIP is basically online forms that starts your overall background check to be granted security clearance. And I would definitely recommend photocopying the forms, they will come in handy as a lot of the information asked on the eQIP is the same as the information you fill out by hand on the other paperwork.

eQIP instructions would have been mailed out today if most of the Academy hadn't lost power...we actually still had power in Admissions, but no e-mail/network connectivity.

Ahhhhhh..... My son and I have been trying to get on the website and couldn't....we thought it was us!!
