So I've been working on the stuff for the Candidate Personal Data Record and I have a few questions.

Firstly, for "Schools Attended" I put my high school. However I also did an online course through BYU. Do I put them down as well?

Second, for "Siblings", do they want half-siblings too?

Third, for "Current Studies" how do they want that done? This has been brought up before but no answers were ever given. Do they want you to put the end of your Junior year and what you plan on taking for senior year?

Finally, what do they mean by "exceptional adversity" and "unique life experience"? I know different programs want different things when they use those terms. So does anyone have any examples?

Thank you in advance for your time.

I would.

Don't know. You might consult your RD.

Yes, what you plan to take as a senior.

They are looking for things that may explain lower grades, lack of activities, etc. For example, if you have to work to support your family, if English is not spoken in your home, if you've moved 4 times in 4 yrs, spent all of h.s. years outside the US, etc. Some people may not have anything to say and that's not necessarily a negative -- don't "make up" adversity. However, if you've faced unusual challenges in your h.s. (or prior) years, this is the place to discuss it.
